Write to Alcove
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and what you were doing just before it broke. A screenshot helps.
A few things you can try first
- Camera or library. If a photo picker does not open, allow Camera or Photos for Alcove in iOS Settings.
- Profile photo. On Me, open Edit Profile, choose Change photo, then Save.
- A circle. Join adds the group chat to Inbox. Leave asks you to confirm, then removes that chat.
- Someone unkind. In a circle, tap their name to block or report them. You can unblock later from Me.
- Version. Me → Legal & support → Version shows Alcove 1.0.0.
